SlickFish is a marina management software platform operated by SlickFish Ltd. Our registered address and contact details are available on request. This data is provided by you and processed on your behalf. — Communications: records of emails, support requests and other communications between you and SlickFish.

We share data only with trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf, including: Supabase (database infrastructure, hosted in the EU); Stripe (payment processing); Resend (transactional email delivery); and Anthropic (AI processing for SlickFish IQ features). All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements and are required to protect your data in accordance with UK GDPR. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of SlickFish or its users.
Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within 90 days unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes. Usage analytics and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely in anonymised form.
